Will this be enough to repair the current damage to the roads. If not, how will this funding be prioritised? When will the spend be audited & does the Department of Transport get this information.

If the extra funding is for a specific purpose Councillors should be ringfenced with it until they have done the job.

I look forward to seeing an improvement, but I fear whilst better than no increase ,this will be nowhere near enough money to make any substantial improvements, I look forward to being proved wrong.
