    Well thank goodness for that! I thought it was just my machine or some other difficulty that made me unable to read or leave a comment.
    I would also like to join Dr Christopher Wood in wishing you and yours a Happy Christmas (belatedly) and every good thing for the New Year. Keep up the good work – you are amazingly prolific! and talk so much good sense.
