The waste should be sent to Holyrood in Edinburgh. Gordon brown in his wisdom moved lot’s of Royal Navy parts up to Scotland including many jobs that were lost in England. Then if they do not like it, move the entire Submarine service to England along with the waste. If England had it’s own Parliament that work & jobs would have stayed in Plymouth & Portsmouth as an English Parliament would have blocked Gordon Brown from freely doing as he liked for his Scottish friends in the SNP & how that came back to destroy Labour, which was the silver lining.
