Good morning.
Have a nice Christmas, Sir John and all here.

Happy Christmas to you and your family boss. I’m not a religious person bit I will be saying a silent prayer in the hope that nothing good becomes of this awful government.
Never in my many adult years have I been so fearful for this once wonderful country.
America has its salvation, pray for ours.
This is my first Christmas alone without my co pilot. I hope I can navigate successfully.

Well said Ian. I hope you had a peaceful day yesterday and the plane flies purposefully into the New Year.

Merry Christmas Sir John.
Alas our hopes of you returning to power with your wisdom and experience are forlorn now. However, I think I speak for many of your daily followers when I say we hugely value your daily insights and judgement and we hope you enjoy well earned & rare day off.

My sincere best wishes for thee and thine, John and let us all hope that 2025 will be a rather better year than 2024.

Just a little Christmas wish……………
That the new year brings back some reality and sanity to our lives, and that globalism fades out of sight.

We also have to promote traditional Tory values. Like the kind of values you see in the wonderful, Christmas film, It’s a Wonderful Life (although it’s American).
In It’s a Wonderful Life, the woman is a woman (feminine) and the man is a man (masculine) but they’re both best friends with a great sense of humour / personality and just good, old traditional values that work. The values of a country all rest on the values and strength of the family. Let’s never forget that.

I went to the Christmas Eve panto in Birmingham, ‘Peter Pan’. The Principal Boy did a routine where he sings a song in the style of a celebrity shown on a screen behind him. So we had Michael McIntyre, Michael Caine, Richard Attenborough, Donald Trump…… When Keir Starmer’s face came on the screen there was a chorus of booing which drowned out the song. Starmer was less popular than Captain Hook.

How does that old joke go? New Labour’s Alistair Campbell was kicked-out of a panto audience. Every time the villain appeared, he stood up and shouted: ‘Look, it’s behind you – now we must move on!’

I wish a Happy New Year to everyone who participates in this Blog and that sanity returns to those who live in the fairytale world the likes of Miliband peddle.
God Bless us, everyone.
