New Year’s eve 2025-6

“So  pour me another to toast the new year

We need something better,  great changes  to  cheer””

Tonight’s  not for sorrows, nor mulling old wounds
Come banish our troubles,  lets sing some new tunes

Caught in the present it’s a moment to choose
To look forwards or backwards, to win or to lose

If you find  comfort clinging to what  has past
This precious moment of hope will never last

Lets grasp  the future, riding  its  unknown ways
Surely that can bring so many  better  days

The past is well trodden,  we know the ending
The future is for changing, shaping, bending

As last year expires,  hopes and promises broken
Change things this time , leave pledges unspoken

So pour me another, drink to the new year

Here’s to big changes, something better  to cheer

If your life is a drama  you can change the plot
If your friends are the  actors you can recast the lot

If people around you are holding you back
Tell them you’re on the move , off  on a new track

Lets hold on to feelings  that drive us to more
Lets  find a way to open  that closed door

We can stretch for the stars and strive for the sun
We can soar with  the wind making life more fun

You are only out of the game  when you give up the play
So write some new words so you have a new  say

Aim for something better, embrace the best
You may fall short of target  but gain from the quest

So cast off the old. Live a new dream
Grab the future foretold. Mine a new seam

So pour me another, lets toast the new year
Here’s to a better, put fizz in our cheer

Believe  tomorrow can be better than today
Let the future  empower  with its  new way

Lets change the story  from waste  and high taxes,

Lets go for growth as austerity relaxes

Lets make our own minds up and set our own pace

The future is only ours, my friend, if it we  embrace

Tonight is the night is to put on a new face

So pour me another, lets toast the new year

We need something much better, big change to cheer.

Four more New Years to see in before the next general election and that is assuming Two Tier does not cancel it.

Even after that what chance will any new government have (against the forces of the left wing blob, left wing Lords, Two Tier Kiers back door return to the EU, the net zero lunacy and all the unaccountable QUANGOs and international bodies of delivering even if they try too. After all, for the past 30 years the UK government have not even tried to deliver anything other than endless “waste and high taxes”.

Britain stuck at bottom of G7 for total investment and much of this is state “investment” is government waste. Like this “Ed Miliband, the UK’s Energy Secretary, is set to announce a £13 billion scheme as part of a “warm homes fund” to provide grants for homeowners to install solar panels, batteries, and heat pumps.”

The number of graduate jobs advertised has almost halved in just a year after Rachel Reeves pushed up the cost of hiring younger workers.

Happy New Year to all – plenty of other better places to live and invests until we get some sign of all the many U turns needed in the UK! No sign yet from this appalling government they are still digging the hole!

Happy New Year to all. We can but continue to oppose the authoritarian globalist forces that want to control our lives to the point of deciding whether we live or die.

Some of their power is being challenged. People are waking up to the climate scam, the Covid/MRnA scam, the war scam, the psy-ops, the buying of governments, the attacks on our freedoms. I think this model of tyranny is largely a western phenomenon at present, with the BRICS resisting and wanting to keep their more nationalistic models. Good for them.

If our freedom of expression is not completely removed, we can resist. We outnumber the globalist cabal. Eventually we will undermine their project, as we don’t wamt our children to live in an “own nothing” world.

    Hapy New Year!

The British people are very slow to anger but they are very, very angry now and the Establishment appears to still be deliberately stoking the anger.

I see no indications that the current Party in Government intends changing tack, although they may rid themselves of Two-Tier in favour of someone who is more appealing to their client voter-base.

I wish everyone a happy New Year, but I’m not confident that’s what we will get. I think things will get a great deal worse before they eventually get better – IF we get a Reform Government. And I doubt if it will be achieved peacefully (as Prof Betz keeps warning us).
